Ashley Hawkins is certified through the International Alliance of Yoga Therapists and is an E-RYT500 teacher with over 10 years of experience. Her style combines disciplines from the many branches of yoga which creates unique formats to serve the present energy in any given moment. Students leave her classes feeling grounded, centered, and with a relaxed sense of clarity. Ashley is actively involved in local Buddhist, Bhakti, and meditation communities.
