Level 1 Sound Healing Training

Sound Healing is an auditory experience that elicits our relaxation response, calms our minds, relaxes the body, and activates the body’s own natural healing systems. This training is for the beginner or curious practitioner.
*No experience or instruments necessary.
*In-person training at the studio.
Level 1 Training Includes:
- Essence and theory of sound as medicine.
- Science of sound as medicine.
- Brain waves, frequencies, and entrainment.
- Hands on experience with crystal bowls and other instruments.
- How to facilitate a sound bath.
- Chakras and mantras for healing.

Back to the Basics: Finding Balance
Led by Brenna Kischuk
Saturday, April 9th, 2022
1pm – 3pm
Join Brenna for a three-hour workshop exploring a variety of balance poses. We’ll start with a thirty minute flow to warm the body and tap into our center, and then we’ll break down asanas such as tree pose, dancer, half moon, eagle, and even an arm balance or two! We’ll use props to support our growth and explore variations along the way. There will be plenty of time for specific questions and personal modifications, as well as a champagne toast to close our time together. The workshop is well-suited for new and experienced yogis alike.
Prenatal Yoga Course
with Myla Grytsyna
A two-month hybrid series to guide you through your pregnancy with ease and strength.
Beginning February 21st, 2022
This series is loaded with helpful information that will prepare you to safely practice at home and in the studio throughout your pregnancy. Myla’s expertise shines with a mix of live zoom sessions, pre-recorded classes, and bonus content. While the course material is laid out over eight weeks, you will have access to all content for a full three months. Additionally, Myla graciously makes herself available throughout the program for any questions you may have or support you may need. Upon signing up you will also receive one free class at the Nest for those yogis who want to use what they learn in a studio setting. Back to the Basics with Brenna

New to yoga in the new year? Looking to fine tune your already consistent practice? Join us for a three hour workshop that will ground your practice in proper form and alignment. We’ll go through sun salutations (including a mini chaturanga workshop), warrior poses, and explore block variations as we go. There will be plenty of time for questions and personal alignment checks along the way, and we’ll close with a toast to our newly aligned selves!
