Weekend Warrior Workshop with Imran

Building a toolkit for recovery through the lens of physical therapy, yoga, and nutrition.

Whether you are someone who enjoys staying active, or a former athlete reliving their glory

days, this workshop is designed to explore methods for stretching and strengthening commonly

sore areas of the body for those who enjoy pushing themselves physically and mentally. We will

focus on anatomically correct movement and the physiology behind it, but won’t get bogged

down in technical jargon, so no previous knowledge required.

Runners, bikers, hikers, surfers, ballers - all are welcome!
