Bring a journal if you feel called. Side effects often include deep realization, momentarily touching in with enlightenment, creative inspiration, clarity in places where there was confusion.

Uncover your inner genius and discover practical ways to cultivate more ease. Yoga therapy is an integrative method that can help us navigate all aspects of life. As a philosophy in application, the eight limbed path can bring us into a sustained & authentic alignment with our ever-changing yet inherent nature. Through this approach we enhance our mind-body awareness and thus our presence in consciousness. The first week of this series will cover the Ayurvedic elements, or doshas, that govern the body and how they can be balanced using asana, breath, sound, time, and movement. In the second session of the series we will dive deeper into understanding our life force through the layers of the subtle body. The kosha model includes both the gross and energetic fields. This five shield theory from the tenth Upanishad is a refined knowledge to guide co-creation in the astral plane before it is manifest as form. We will conclude and integrate through non-sleep deep rest during the last session of the series. This very special extended yoga nidra experience will include a detailed formula that has been scientifically proven to boost the regenerative qualities for all of the body’s systems. This comprehensive series is sure to up level your practice and in perfect timing for a fresh spring awakening.
