Yoga Nidra

Often referred to as yogic sleep, this ancient practice is both restorative and transformational. By consciously dropping into the deepest levels of awareness, the mind and body receive many benefits in a state of complete relaxation. No experience with yoga or meditation is required.

This class is a donation based community class.
