In this workshop, you will be guided to set a powerful personal intention for the new year, then drop into the subconscious mind using Yoga Nidra.

Join Julien Elizabeth and fellow teacher (and magical unicorn) Alyssa Danielle on Saturday January 13 to learn more about the powerful and restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that uses a strong vow, or “Sankalpa,” to manifest ultimate healing in your life.

You will learn to set intentions from a place of consciousness, compassion and love. With this work, we aim to illuminate your greatest gifts and use the power of your mind to transform your life into a waking dream. Bring a pen/journal and dress comfortably.

Fun facts: 30 minutes of Nidra is the equivalent of TWO hours of undisturbed sleep… and you’ll be experiencing 2 full 45-minute sessions, so prepare to feel rejuvenated!! Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” has shown to reduce stress, blood pressure and is the perfect antidote to the pace of city life! Yoga Nidra is highly beneficial for all who practice and requires no physical ability whatsoever.
