Chill Yin with Sound Bath

A gentle, calming opportunity to nurture the body with soft movement and breath. Using props for support, the long holds of Yin become a restorative meditation allowing connective tissue time to release. The class is rooted in a loving intention and guides us to embrace all aspects of ourselves without judgment.
