Chill Yin with Sound Bath – Followed by Free Guided Meditation

October 2 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

A gentle, calming opportunity to nurture the body with breath and soft movement, while being bathed in sound. Led by Sara Falugo and Grace Oh.


Using props for support, the long holds of Yin become a restorative meditation allowing connective tissue time to release. The class is rooted in a loving intention and guides us to embrace all aspects of ourselves without judgment.


Following our yogic practice is a a free guided mediation led by Sara Falugo from 8-8:30pm.
